• In my short stint here, I was the Head of Internal Communications for Amagi. This role involved establishing internal comms best practices, processes and guidelines, leadership communications, internal events (quarterly AHM, webinars, annual day, etc.), colleague experience comms – wellbeing and engagement.
• I was also the Head of DEI for Amagi which meant establishing the DEI council, process, partners and policies.

• In this two-part role, I was a part of the India Management Group (the India LT) working on leadership comms, crisis comms, colleague experience comms. I was also a part of the Global communications team working on leadership advisory, events and editorial.
• In addition, I was a part of the DEI steering committee in India as Chair of the Pride Network – India working on strategy, measurement, partners and execution.
• I was also the communications and events SPOC for the BT Pride Network and the BT Muslim Network globally.

• I revamped the communication style of senior management by creating a 16-page workspace, conceptualizing the quarterly newsletter, established their internal social media strategy to increase interaction between the Management and the members. Organized the quarterly Town Halls for the Business Unit across 5 locations, organize the annual Leadership Connect for senior management and create the decks to be presented for both. I also created Process Documents for the Operations team.
• Worked on Operational aspects of the Business Unit by executing and monitoring the Graduate Hiring Program across different clients and projects, including training plans, reports and the graduate index.
• I also helped execute and monitor the Deputations and Transfer programs of the Business Unit.

• I work with the SharePoint Information Management Services team for one of our clients, a leading oil and gas company, as a Communications Manager in terms of service improvement and quality with regard to communication within the team and with the client. I also build project collateral (SharePoint portals, templates, presentations, etc.) to be used in the team and by the client. Additionally, I work with Change Management with focus on communication plans and execution.
• I am also a part of the Global Solutions Center (GSC) which is a global network organization that fosters standardized repeatable processes, tooling, best practices and re-usable assets. I contribute to the communications field in the GSC.
• I am also a part of Women. Who. Win., CGI's diversity and inclusion group, and a part of the communications team for the group.

• As a part of a project team at CGI for one of our clients, which is a leading Oil and Gas company, I work with the publishing team in the same project and work on petrochemical reports as a Senior Technical Editor. My role involves copy editing and checking for formatting issues when the report is added to the template and publishing the report in the library with the metadata intact. I also work with editing technical drawings and diagrams on Adobe Illustrator and designing cover pages for the reports. The other service I work with is a catalog of Wells using the Power Explorer tool on an Oracle database. This involves adding wells, updating metadata and increasing search function.

• As a part of a project team at CGI for one of our clients, which is a leading Oil and Gas company, I worked on the client’s Wiki in terms of article quality as an editor. The Wiki, with more than 52,000 articles, used the MediaWiki platform and I worked in this role for 9 months.

• My team and I managed the content repository in Logica, and created/maintained intranet pages on the MOSS 2010 platform, which later was listed among the top 10 Best Intranets by the Nielson Norman Group in 2012 . I also created pages with additional content on Logica's wiki and also maintained an internal blog detailing Knowledge Management activities which was one of the top five most read blogs in Logica worldwide.
