Deployed Spotify's Backstage software on to Dev Environment (Kubernetes cluster) using Helm/Helmfile and Argo CD, improving service visibility and developer onboarding experience across teams.
Built Custom Image for backstage software using Multi-stage Docker Build to optimsie compile and runtime processes also achieving reduction in image size and easy deployments.
Implemented CI using Jenkins to ensure backstage changes are integrated and released with new version.
Configured backstage to use it locally, Dev Environments.
Configured Amazon RDS (Postgres) using Terraform Modules to make the application data persistent and ready for production environment.
Configured Helmfile to fetch and decrypt the sensitive data from Vault and is injected into Kubernetes pods in production environment.
Migrated Legacy backend system of Backstage(Node.js) to the New backend system making sure all the previously installed plugins are working properly.
