• My calendar quickly got overwhelmed when I was trying to help friends who got laid off in 2023. To help them land jobs I was giving them resume advice and interview coaching. This took hours but these friends landed jobs!
• After coaching 50+ people 1:1, it became clear that this can be solved with technology. People needed an on-demand coach that provides interview feedback and resume advice.
• So, some friends and I built Practice with AI in 2 months, using the latest LLMs, a simple text-to-voice-to-text layer, and some intuitive workflows.
