I serve as the MD & CEO of Mindspace Business Parks REIT (an entity under the K Raheja Corp group). The REIT was officially listed on the Indian stock exchanges in August, 2020. Our portfolio is situated in the Mumbai Region, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai, categorizing us amongst the foremost Grade-A office portfolios in India. Our portfolio encompasses a leasable area totaling ~ 39 msf valued at ~ INR 44,000 crores. Under my leadership in India, the firm witnessed an impressive EBITDA growth. Before that, I was the first non-expat, non-shareholding CEO and Country Head at JLL India, a Fortune 200 entity. My tenure at JLL, spanning over two decades, culminated in my role as CEO where I led a team of over 12,000 professionals. JLL India, under my stewardship, maintained its reputation as an industry leader in various metrics including revenue, profitability, and workforce strength. I was also part of the Asia Pacific Executive Board in JLL. Furthermore, I've have been a non-executive director to the RICS Global Regulatory Board, served as the Chairman for the CII Real Estate and Infrastructure Conclave, Advisory Council Member for Telangana State, and actively participated in various other esteemed boards and councils. Currently I serve on the India boards of Corenet Global and IGBC and am co chair of the CII India Real Estate task force. Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I read, share insights on leadership and self-development, and impart knowledge through lectures at institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Kolkata, ISB Hyderabad, SP Jain and JBIMS. My first book, 'Doing Business in Uncertain Times,' made it to the management bestseller list on Amazon.
