Since 2006, The Painted Sky has led in the space of Leadership Development with Experiential Learning with over 120 clients in 18 countries. Over the years, we have been the leaders in Arts-Based Training programs that cover a range of topics through powerful simulations and activities, leveraging Painting, Theatre, Lego Serious Play, Music and more to deliver on learning outcomes. Today we integrate a lot of these approaches and methodologies in the different training programs we run, delivering value and impact for clients, and learners. As a part of this, we also conduct extensive Assessment Centres to help assess and identify development needs for employees as well as help top talent grow to the next levels.
We are also one of the leading Executive Coaching firms in India, and we have been working with clients across the world to help leaders develop and deliver at the highest levels. In our 13 year practice of over 10,000 hours, we have seen much success, and have had the opportunity of working with very critical and complex projects, to deliver results.
In the space of Innovation with Design Thinking, we have been pioneers in introducing this in India in 2011, and continue to work with the widest range of clients across domains, industries and geographies. We conduct overview workshops that can run for 2-hours to 6-month journeys that can lead to innovation and change.
