• I have been working at Worldpay for over 3 years now, and there have been some fantastic changes. I joined the HR department at a pivotal and exciting time, and had the pleasure of working alongside some extremely savvy individuals on a secondment.
• As the sole L&D Coordinator for Worldpay Manchester I was the first point of contact for all learning and development enquires.
• Some of my key responsibilities included:
• Managing the scheduling of participants onto training courses and modules and supporting them with their training needs
• Effective administration to underpin learning functions and procedures
• Maintenance of the Worldpay Learning Management System to setup and manage courses, venues and learning materials
• Crucial production of a suite of reports to ensure key stakeholders are competent with progress and the impact of training
• Coaching and mentoring Worldpay accredited training partners
• Presenting, delivering and facilitating presentations to heads of department, managers and stakeholders
• Administrative help and support for ad-hoc events
• I was part of a high energy team who work in the Walbrook office. This meant I had to make business trips to London for a few days each month to align strategies and work collaboratively.

Risk management, financial law, and sanctions are of the utmost priority and I have introduced steps such as further checks to flag possible issues before they arise.

• Became an accredited Training Partner, training, coaching and mentoring colleagues and encouraging them to develop and grow. Following an intensive training schedule, I have introduced new quality checks and controls aimed at reducing losses to the business. I am currently working to implement big changes to the business, such as the onboarding of a new acquiring platform with staff members.
• WORLDPAY LGBT NETWORK “GLOW” SUB-COMMITTEE MEMBER
• I champion diversity and support my fellow colleagues via my position on the sub-committee for GLOW. Roles and responsibilities are fluid but can include events management, public speaking and presenting, and mentoring.
• WORLDPAY AQUIRING SETTLEMENTS NEWSLETTER, EDITOR IN CHIEF
• Proven success in driving change, team leadership, stakeholder management and statistical based decision making. Promoting team success, cross team interaction and promoting colleague camaraderie. The newsletter illustrates key monthly stats, employee profiles and business critical information on projects and business changes, opening the lines of communication throughout the office. Due to the success of the newsletter and the feedback received this is now distributed at a management level and to the sales team.
• WORLDPAY REWARD & RECOGNITION CHAMPION
• Supported the wider WorldPay business by creating and introducing a new Reward and Recognition scheme rolled out amongst the Manchester office of 480 staff. It was identified in the employee engagement survey that employee recognition needed addressing. Since the new scheme has launched, it has been supported throughout the company.

• Fashion's Night Out made its Manchester debut after 5 successful years of bringing people together for style, culture and all things Vogue. Thousands of guests, hundreds of celebrities and rafts of fashionista's descended upon the city for a series of Vogue events.
• I hosted a range of catwalk shows at Exchange Square and performed some of my band's new songs for Love Fashion: Manchester. I also presented at St Anne's Church for VFNO's live music event JJ Rosa Live.

• The Bank of New York Mellon is a worldwide custodial bank that excels in asset management and securities.
• My role within this leading organisation is one that presents new and exciting challenges everyday. On a day-to-day basis my position involves investigating deals in excess of $1Billion, calling and emailing traders/banks all over the world. There is ongoing training, e-learning and online testing. It is also employee’s sole responsibility to demonstrate out-performance on a regular basis.
• I communicate with other banks and counterparties by sending authenticated messages such as SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication), and IMS (Integrated Messaging Service).
• My role within the bank as the sole member of the confirmations team for Money Market deals requires me to work well under pressure. An excellent telephone manner is paramount when chasing up foreign clients regarding discrepancies that could result in potential costs to ourselves.
• Since joining the MT Investigations Team a consistent demonstration of outperformance has been accredited by the certification of a Team Aspire Award. I reconcile around 100 breaks a day and I have reduced the daily work volume by an average of 10%. I have streamlined processes through the application of templates, resulting in an average of 14% working day time saved. Since I began working for the company staff numbers required to fulfil the role have been reduced by 66.67%, and work has been expanded with the amalgamation of BNY London, BNY Europe and BNY Brussels money market entities. I also implemented the first ever money market procedure, and as the banks only SME I was responsible for the training of staff and the rolling out of this position amongst the team.
