Manav Gaur — Founder
Thirty years ago, writing software meant patience, precision, and an almost unreasonable attention to detail. Today, AI is collapsing the distance between an idea and working code. That shift doesn't make the craft less important — it makes judgment more important than ever. Siemens, Oracle, and Microsoft taught me what rigour actually looks like at scale. Not as a process on a wall — but as a daily discipline: how you plan before you build, how you think through failure before it happens, how quality becomes a habit rather than a checkpoint. Those years shaped how I think about software. That standard came with me when I started Monocept. We build configurable, low-code/no-code enterprise platforms — currently focused on insurance modernization through our Mozart suite, which covers distribution, underwriting, claims, investigation, rules, and communications. Mozart is designed to be adapted, not rewritten — which means it travels across industries too: banking, finance, and anywhere else complexity needs to be governed without bespoke engineering every time. Last year, we went live with Mozart Distribution Pro for a large health insurer: 20+ products configured, 20+ add-ons, 30+ distribution channels enabled, 40+ portals collapsed into one platform. Not in a deck. In production. We're 400+ people across Hyderabad, New York, Gurugram, and Mumbai. Now we're embedding AI across Mozart — not as a headline feature, but as working infrastructure inside governed, audit-ready workflows. There's a meaningful difference between demoing AI and deploying it where errors have consequences. If you're modernizing a platform, building digital products, or working out where AI actually fits in a workflow-heavy domain — reach out. I'd rather spend 30 minutes on your specific problem than exchange ten emails.
