  • Founded and led the FMD Lab, a globally recognized UX research and design innovation enterprise translating user-centered research and emerging technologies into actionable strategies for industry, government, and organizations. The Lab operates at the intersection of UX research, systems design, data, and immersive technologies, partnering with entities including NASA, P&G, MIT, Hyundai, Boeing, and BTS to address complex challenges such as access to healthcare, mobility, communications, workplace satisfaction, education.
  • Led and contributed to 20+ funded and proposed initiatives, securing federal, state, and international funding while building a global partnership network across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. These initiatives delivered foundational research and executive decision support informing new business strategies, policy direction, product roadmaps, and large-scale project development across public and private sectors.
  • Developed and deployed proprietary UX, design research, and systems-level methodologies integrating Digital Twins, AI, and AR/VR as decision support tools, enabling leaders to visualize future scenarios, test assumptions, reduce uncertainty, and make informed long-term strategic and investment decisions. Several outcomes are protected under NDA and positioned for scaling and commercialization.

  • 2022 Boeing project co-lead, managing a group of 20 multi-disciplinary co-ops and masters’ students in various phases of trend/user research, ideation and multi-level prototyping, and final future concept proposals which were presented at Boeing’s headquarters in Seattle.   • Proposed the Coffee House Cabin Concept which Won at the 2020 Crystal Cabin Awards in Hamburg, Germany. This is the global aviation industry event of the year.
