• As an Engineering Manager, I oversee Microsoft Retail Small and Medium Business Sales experiences, Physical stores, and Data and Analytics for Online Sales. Leading a team of developers, we deliver solutions for self-service portals that empower sales, sellers, business operations, sales operations, finance, and reporting teams. My team is responsible for developing Financial integration, Tax/VAT/Fee calculations, as well as providing reporting solutions for Microsoft Online Store, Microsoft Experience Centers, and Microsoft Store Small and Medium Business Sales. Recently, We have successfully executed the migration of Microsoft Store Sales channels to Dynamics 365 for Commerce, enhancing customer, operational, and financial processes. This involved re-platforming our SMB and online commerce system, resulting in reduced time to fulfillment and improved effectiveness in seller and merchandizing operations through the automation of pricing, promotions, fulfillment, and invoicing.
