• 1. Sales Forecasting for Multi category multi location problem
• Designed anomaly treatment methodologies to treat peaks and abnormal data points
• Designed a bi-drectional multivariate LSTM for Model
• Also, Tested Pycaret AutomL Time series module
• 2. Employee Attrition and Time to Attrition
• Developed a classification model to predict the attrition risk of an employee
• Also developed a survival model which predicts the time to attrite for an employee
• Explainibility introduced as a result which tells the influential parameters of an employee of attrition risk
• 3. Menu Engineering & Guest Behavior Analsyis for a leading Hotel Chain
• Developed Segmentation classes to identify behavior and profile new guests
• Developed deep agnostic models on menu engineering determining a popular vs non popular item for better profitability
• Menu Recommendation models were developed to suggest menu items based on guest preferences.
• 4. GeoSpatial Analytics for Retailers
• Developed customized algorithms to identify the authenticity of a coordinate of retailers using sophisticated tools
• 5. Fleet Mix Model for Warehouses
• Optimisation Model which determines the ideal fleet mix to be deployed by Warehouse everyday to maximize distributor reach and ensure serviceability
• 6. Route Plan Optimization
• Optimization Model which detects the best combination of routes to take which resulted in the least cost and vehicles taken
• A top up model which also finds new routes based on constraints and clubbing criteria to
• test the efficiency of the system
• 7. Quality Batch Optimisation
• Developed an Optimisation model for a leading manufacturing customer to determine the set of operating parameters to achieve consistent quality approved product
• Worked on Genetic algorithm, Stacked and Meta Learners & Particle Swarm Optimisation

• 1. Scheduling optimization problem for a leading pharmaceutical customer whose problem was to generate optimized cleaning schedules to avoid any production loss based on very complex constraints
• Tested algorithms like simulated annealing and Genetic algorithm
• Made a proprietory algorithm which was customized to follow all exclusions and special constraints.
• Through this the customer was able to save 25k litres of water
• 2. Deploying the solutions on Codx Platform end to end for the customer involving Data engineering and model deployment to results visualization.
• 3. Mentoring and Coaching people on Supply Chain and Logistics Vertical to enable them
• to solve problems in this space
• Also won the Value award in a short span of time.

• Data Model Refreshed daily based on Incoming Material and Production
• RCA to detect any possible delays in production schedule due to incoming material delay

• At Hero, I was responsible for the After Sales Spare parts Business. I executed the following projects
• 1. Auto SOQ Model- Based on the historical ordering patterns of Distributors, we designed the auto ordering
• suggested order quantity to even out the sudden peaks in ordering and ensuring adequate supply. Piloted in
• 5 distributors which pushed the overall ordering of distributors by 8% every week in value.
• 2. Product Recommendation- Designed the cross sell and upssell Recommendation model for retailers within
• a certain pin code/district in the Retailer App. It resulted in increase of average basket size by 5% and
• average order value by 3%.
