Catherine A. Rogers — Co-Founder
Professor Rogers is a Full Professor of Law at Bocconi University and an Affiliated Research Professor at UC Law, San Francisco. Her research focuses on legal ethics in international arbitration, the market for global legal services, and how system design affects the international Rule of Law. She has taught these subjects in programs around the world, including in the upcoming 2025 Winter Hague Academy for International Law. Professor Rogers has also been a consultant to various international organisations and arbitral institutions, and has taught in capacity-building programs around the world. She was a reporter for the American Law Institute's Restatement of the U.S. Law of International Commercial and Investor-State Arbitration and a member of various international arbitral institutions' advisory boards and global task forces (including the IBA Task Force that drafted the Guidelines on Party Representation in International Arbitration and as co-chair of the ICCA-Queen Mary on Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration).
