Paridhi is a 2020 Teach for India Alumnus, currently working with Lend A Hand India on Delhi government's revolutionary Schools of Specialised Excellence Project. As a Microbiologist, her lens focused on the tiniest yet invincible world around her, leading to Bachelor's in Education, through which she set out to find the micro-challenges impacting India's education landscape. Through the current role she is evolving her understanding of the development and ed sector by working grassroots. She aspires to stay in the development sector by significantly impacting capacity building and system transformation.

We at Tink & Learn, believe that each student has the potential to be a changemaker if their curiosity, critical thinking and consciousness is channeled towards having a maker’s mindset equipped with the essential 21st-century skills.
