• Product Owner: Listing improvement recommendations. Conceived and co-invented the Listing Quality Guidance Service and Platform; took the product from concept to delivery in Agile manner; Delivered 5 successful releases including international expansion to eBay UK and Germany sites.
• Own the end to end product including the backend services that generates real time listing quality improvement recommendations for over 100m+ eBay listings, the services APIs, the notification infrastructure, the data infrastructure and the UI/UX of bulk edit tool used by sellers to implement the recommendations.
• Have hands on experience in working with engineers for service and UI, and UED team for the UX design. Very comfortable with Big data. Performed data mining and product analytics, and reporting in Tableau, for our product.
• Our product was instrumental in increasing adoption of Top rated seller standards for several million listings, increasing the adoption rate by over 90% from the levels at the time of launch till Aug 2012. Our product garnered a phenomenal 80% share in the daily adoption of Top rated seller standards in eBay listings.
• Launched the product version for structured data adoption for eBay listings, and the initial adoption results are highly encouraging. Our product garnered a 70% share of daily adoption of structured item information in eBay listings.
• Launched the image quality recommendation generation backend, which was later integrated for real time image quality guidance in listing flows.
• Conceived and co-invented the Android mobile app for our product for structured data adoption for eBay listings; Our prototype earned Runners Up (Honorable Mention) award in 2012 eBay Skunkworks competition for innovation.
• Earned the 3rd Runner Up position in eBay Global Product Management awards in May 2012.
• Earned the Shining Star spot award in April 2012.

• Product Manager Intern, Autodesk Exchange for AutoCAD - the online app store cum cloud based help & forums portal for AutoCAD.
• Gathered the product requirements, and authored and continuously updated the Product Requirement Document (PRD) for Autodesk Exchange for AutoCAD.
• Managed the product development in Agile method: Worked with an in-location product design team, and offshore engineering team in China, to build the first beta release of app store including backend admin interface, in 8 weeks.
• Researched and analysed the data on Autodesk Developers, and recommended a strategy for populating the AutoCAD app store, and building the AutoCAD apps developers network.

• Commanded a Infantry Rifle Company of 120 personnel; Led several combat missions in some of the toughest terrains, including Siachen Glacier, the highest battlefield on earth. Our Company was adjudged #1 in operations among 6 companies in our battalion in 3 out of 4 years of my command.
• Earned “Outstanding” grade in 9 out of 10 years of service in the Indian Army.
• Deputed as Military Observer from India to United Nations Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea (UNMEE); Earned the UNMEE COMMENDATION CARD for exemplary leadership and contribution to peace keeping.
• PRODUCT MANAGEMENT/PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Conceptualised and built the prototype of the E-Learning Portal for PW Division, Infantry School; built the project team, and led the E-learning project, from project planning to project completion.
• Managed the E-learning portal and E-Learning services at Infantry School; transformed the training experience of thousands of students; improved the training efficacy by 100% and student satisfaction by 300%; earned the Order-of-Drona, a recognition for my good contribution to training in Infantry School
