• Authored 4 invention disclosures and conducted advanced research on contact resistance in medium voltage switchgear, exploring the effects of torque and surface finish.
• Embedded Systems & IoT:
• Contributed to the Eaton Geargard project by designing a comprehensive sensor system for LV switchgear. Gateway web configuration, data capturing, TCP/IP configuration, and conducting reliability tests. Designed, simulated, and produced 20 PCBs using ESP32 microcontrollers to capture sensor data, with a custom ThingSpeak dashboard for real-time monitoring.
• Control Systems & Prototyping:
• Directed the MVCA Motorization Project by overseeing controller selection, finalizing program modes, managing cabling and connections, and leading prototype development.

• Completed a 150–170 kV Basic Insulation Level (BIL) design project within a month, contributing to a $22M order.
• Designed a breaker lift device with a 1500-lb capacity and built two prototypes to validate the design.
