For over 25 years, my mission has been simple—helping tech students succeed, not just in academics but in life. Because I believe: "Education isn’t about filling minds; it’s about opening them." At BFCET, our focus is on Academics, Admissions, Training & Placement, Research, and NAAC activities. In 2024, my team achieved NAAC A+, and I couldn’t be prouder of my students, faculty, and the entire team. But here’s what truly matters: ✔ Bridging the gap between education and jobs ✔ Making students industry-ready ✔ Helping them build skills that last a lifetime Today marks a new era of education: "A degree can get you a job, but skills will build your career." That’s why we established the School of Skill Development at BFCET- Where students engage in hands-on learning through workshops, internships, industrial visits, and expert lectures. Learning should never feel like a burden—it should be an experience. My passion for research drives me to explore innovation. Some of my key projects include: 🎖️ Automated ADHD Diagnosis System 🎖️ UAV Drone Intrusion Detection System My journey has also led me to collaborate with top industry leaders like Intel India, Infosys, FESTO, and Edgate Technology, setting up Centres of Excellence to give students real-world exposure because it's all about upskilling. Beyond books and labs, my belief is simple—real growth happens through experience. Whether it’s through sports, cultural events, NSS, or NCC, I always encourage students to step out of their comfort zones. Because life is more than just grades, and my biggest advice to all is: => Learn. Experiment. Fail. Learn again. And most importantly—never stop growing.
