• At 5paisa as a Product Manager, I worked on building digital-first trading products that made life easier for everyday traders. I helped shape platforms like FnO 360, Trade Terminal, Scalper Terminal, and charting tools, making them more intuitive and engaging.
• A big part of my role was rethinking user journeys - introducing features like bulk order placement, position grouping, and option position tracking that not only simplified trading but also boosted retention, engagement, and the number of orders per user.
• I also led the effort to bring in external capabilities, managing vendor integrations for the Strategy Builder SDK and multiple APIs, so traders had access to richer tools without friction.

• At 5paisa as a Software Tester, I worked on the FNO 360 platform, built for serious F&O traders. My role was to make sure the product delivered a smooth and reliable experience, which meant diving deep into testing complex trading workflows and catching issues before they reached users.
• I took the lead in streamlining our QA processes, especially around regression testing and release cycles. By simplifying and tightening these workflows, I helped the team move faster without compromising on quality. It was rewarding to see how these improvements reduced friction, sped up releases, and gave traders more confidence in the platform.
• This experience taught me the value of combining technical detail with process design—working closely with product and development teams, and always keeping the end user’s trust at the center of the work.
