1) I have completed Mechanical engineering Diploma in RIT islampur. 2) Now I am pursuing in mechanical engineering B-Tech final year in Tkiet college Warananagar, Kolhapur. 3) I have completed Internship in Kirloskar oil Engine Kagal MIDC dist.Kolhapur, I have worked on cycle time project of HA 06 1154 engine this is the air cooled engine this used in constitution mixer truck. I that company I have seen that that company is focused of renewable energy I have seen many 4 projects (1) solar pipe light in office without solar panel. (2) solar kitchen in company all food cook of the solar cooker this project in shirdi temple also. (3) bio gas project it works on after launch the wasted food have crushed and give it for making the organic fertilizer and bio gas this gas is used for bio gas operated kirloskar generator it works till 1 hour. (4)bio diesel project the diesel is made by wast plastic collect from assembly line. 4) I have done project :- (1) Piezoelectric footstep genrator. (2) Modification in HMT 6522 tractor, normal steering to power steering I provided solution for it that the instead of buying new power steering tractor we can convert into power steering in affordable price. 6) I joined JCB INDIA pune in 10 Fabruary in (ME department) I have learn about torque wrench which type of torque wrench & which torque wrench is used for which application. Now I am working on Atlas copco battery tool I have get the good experience in JCB and my industry mentor is also good that have given me various type of projects & tasks from that I have learn about torque wrench & about how to make tha SOP's & how to give the part locations &. I have get interaction with supplier for tool maintenance & new to installation. I have Identified the assembly line problem of tool & fixtures. How to take measurements for making the layout of assembly line.
