• Specialising in Identity & Access Management and Cloud infrastructure,
• I led the Security Guild at Backbase, working closely with a team of Expert Architects and Product Managers to build & improve our IAM product line.
• In this role, I helped laying the foundations for our next gen Banking as a Service offering, by defining and developing Application Lifecycle Management principles and architecture, together with our Product teams.

• Being a chapter lead backend I am managing and mentoring a team of over 20 highly skilled java backend developers, consultants and devops engineers who are enabling backbase customers across the world.
• This is alongside doing hands on development at challenging assignments with some of the top banks and financial institutions.
• Advising on overall architecture decisions involving java microservices on Spring cloud (spring boot,eureka,zuul,hystrix) , spring security and devops (Docker, Vagrant, Ansible, Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
• Mentoring new hires and tailoring their career paths by supporting them with product knowledge and customer excellence.
• Passionate about code best practices, enterprise integration, application security and developer automation and I bring all of this to my day to day work.
• As a senior developer I am also part of the product guild and working closely with our R&D teams to bring out the best in each release. And as a manager I am facilitating hiring and subsequent onboarding in our quickly growing company.
