With over 8+ years of experience in the talent acquisition domain, I have worked for diverse industries such as internet, ecommerce, retail, FMCG, hospitality, tours and travels, and logistics. I have successfully hired and placed candidates across multiple levels and functions, ranging from software engineers to sales executives. I have also contributed to various organizational initiatives, such as employer branding, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion, at my previous employer, Cure.Fit, a health and fitness startup. I hold an MBA degree in Marketing from KLEs Institute of Management Studies & Research, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in market research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
