• Responsible for all Strategic Partnerships for the Organization including licensing & Syndication.
• This includes Platform Partnerships like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, where all deals were conceptualized and front ended by me. We became the first Original content Youtube Channel to hit a million Subscribers, and also the first Content based Facebook Page to hit a million likes.
• I have also been responsible for Device Partnerships for pre-load campaigns with leading smartphone companies like Jio, Xiaomi, Lava, Panasonic, Intex, etc.
• We also became the first Digital content producers to have our content being played on international airlines like Qatar Airways.
• Other Tactical Partnerships include tie-ups with relevant industry brands to reduce the production costs and get inventory on barter.

• Being the first business person in the team, I started off with understanding the global video content ecosystem from scratch, analysed the industry trends and competitive threats for the upcoming war for eyeballs on digital. On the Basis of that, we came up with our strategy for the next 3 years both from a user acquisition & monetization perspective.
• Post that, I was responsible for setting up the complete business team . This included hiring of all key execution team members for all business verticals, and processes for the individual verticals. Once set, the job was to monitor the key metrics, and efficiently optimize the process for the best ROI.
• The network has grown from a YouTube Channel to a network of 20mn+ across FB, YouTube & its own platform

• Conceptualized and executed TVF Inbox Office–The first successful TVOD movie platform in India. We released 10 feature films, and 50+ short films and sold over 40,000+ Tickets. Before being made dormant, the platform was clocking 50K MAUs organically.
• I was also responsible for end to end execution of the first version of TVFPlay – TVF’s own content platform from scratch. The platform currently has over 8mn registered users and clocks over 3mn MAUs.
