• The work is mostly about organizing and managing stuff that other people carry out depending on their position. I got a lot to learn how to lead a team while being at this position. Along with learning how to better communicate your ideas and present it to a team I also learned to open up more to the group people that I was supposed to contact with as a Regional manager. This enhanced my persuasion skills by the virtue of having to get people to take a particular action, which the position itself demands.

• I was an intern at CODIA for about a month and a half, wherein I was supposed to teach underprivileged students of Bihar board. I personally feel this role developed me the most significant as a person. I gained some valuable teaching skills, enhanced my communication skills and, of course, got some hand on experience on how to work with technology and people. It's not solely the volunteer that teaches makes the purpose turn into reality, but there's multitude of roles involved behind the scenes, which you get to observe and get a passive experience of even if you yourself aren't actively involved in the role. In short, the exposure is the most valuable thing that I would say I got from CODIA working as an intern.
