I’ve worked alongside CXOs, senior leaders, and boards to navigate leadership transitions, cultural integration, and strategic transformation with clarity, courage, and conviction. My practice is grounded in applied behavioural science, system psychodynamics, and qualitative organizational research. This allows me to work with identity, emotion, culture, and meaning—not just frameworks—helping institutions rediscover their core purpose. Much of my work focuses on enabling leadership teams to hold complexity with awareness, foster deeper human connection, and align strategy with lived culture. This includes organizational integration during mergers and acquisitions, succession design and leadership continuity, capability building tailored to business context, sales transformation, customer-centric culture, and sustainable, human-centered strategy. I work at the intersection of strategy and human insight. My goal is not only to help organizations deliver outcomes but to help them grow with belief, purpose, and cultural coherence. Post-merger integration, for example, is not just about process; it’s about people—and culture is the true spine of transformation. As a board advisor, researcher, CEO mentor and global consultant, I also serve as visiting faculty at leading academic institutions, mentoring leaders and scholars. I believe effective consultants must also be reflective scholars—grounded in curiosity, evidence, and systemic understanding.
