I’m a Project Manager at Ideas2IT, an AI-native company, with a focus on Healthcare Management & Analytics. I’m also proud to be an IIM Kozhikode alumnus (2023), having completed the Healthcare Management & Analytics program. I’ve been working with Ideas2IT Technologies since 2011 as a Product/Project Manager and bring 14+ years of experience in the healthcare field. I’ve had hands-on experience implementing Hospital Management Systems (HMS) for 50+ hospitals, including medical colleges, multi-specialty centers, and single-specialty networks like Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospitals with 200+ branches worldwide. I also led teams that developed 3 healthcare products and built analytical dashboards that helped the in-house business reach greater heights. What excites me most is taking projects that are in the red and helping teams turn them green through people management and strong delivery. Lately, AI has captured my curiosity—I lose track of time exploring its possibilities and love seeing how it’s reshaping our work and lives. Outside of work, I enjoy badminton daily, cricket monthly, and tennis quarterly.
