Sir I joined in UCO Bank a reputed Public Sector Bank of Govt. of India in the year 1983 as direct officer and worked there up to Feb 2001. In my long span of banking career I dealt with accounts department, audit,planning,investment,cash management,credit,financing to SMEs,Farmers,Business and Professionals, Housing, Micro-Credit to SHGs and JLGs, Recovery strategies, Delinquency management, Loan recovery through DRT.I worked in complete computerized environment such as Core Banking System. Then I joined in National Credit Fund for Women an autonomous (NOT FOR PROFIT) organization (Registered under Societies Act) of Government of India under Ministry of Women and Child Development in the year2001 as Deputy Director. This organization deals with Micro-Credit to women through voluntary organizations (MFIs, NGOs) all over the country. I elevated to the post of General Manager in the year 2004. My career in NCFW was outstanding in terms of dealing with various important issues such as managing clients like MFIs of national and international standard, Central and State Ministries directly and indirectly deal with women and children's issues and socio-economic issues of the country. Worked as Trade Finance Consultant in Euro Exim Bank I had got an appointment as Director Sales in NERDS Agric Farm Netherland .Not joined yet due to Covid Pandemic. I was working as Advisor in IMCCRETO (A NOT FOR PROFIT) an organization dealing with Micro –finance promotion and development, education, health, sanitation, agriculture and other socio-economic issues. Regarding my qualification, I am Post Graduate in Sociology, Bachelor degree in Agriculture and LAW, CAIIB (a Professional course for Banker equivalent to Master in Commerce),MBA(Finance) I am now doing PhD in Micro-finance in Revenshaw University one of the best University in India having international repute.
