I am the Product Lead for Fraud Prevention and Trust & Safety, where we are on a mission to ensure Wise and our Customers cannot be harmed across Fraud, Scams and Account Takeovers. The teams within my remit own the development of leading ML detection capabilities, risk-based dynamic controls plus efficient and effective operational tools & automation to mitigate harm to the business and our customer base without sacrificing growth and UX. I work with a cross-functional team of Data Science, Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Design, Legal and Privacy stakeholders, and manage multiple PMs. I am passionate about crafting secure digital experiences by leveraging customer first design principles, and I specialise in Security, Identity, Trust, and Fraud Prevention. I have delivered impactful features protecting billions of users and transactions at Meta, Wise, and Just Eat, using a blend of technical expertise and user behaviour insights.
