The Forest Space Lab didn’t begin as a business.
It began as a longing.
A very old, very insistent whisper: There has to be another way to live and breathe on this planet.
I created this space as a kind of quiet rebellion — a place where people could show up unmasked, nervous systems could settle, and the body could finally say what the mind has been holding for years.
My work here is not linear. It’s part facilitation, part witnessing, part translation of the unseen. It is the ongoing experiment of what happens when humans gather with honesty, breath, and a willingness to meet themselves.
What we hold at The Forest Space Lab:
