• Redesigning the core Service Blueprint for the Career Development platform — mapping roles, workflows, and touchpoints across regions and levels.
• Running a comprehensive platform audit to surface redundancies and introduce enterprise-ready copy, making future interactions clearer and more consistent.
• Planning and testing a new AI-enabled dossier system to explore how AI tools could reduce repetitive admin work and help reviewers focus on more specific, balanced feedback.
