• Flipkart is a leading e-commerce company based out of Banglore, India.
• As an Assistant manager in the Large vertical of the supply chain :
• 1) Lead the planning and implementation charter of flagship Big Billion Days sale - Optimising the space requirement for the shipments according to demand, onboarding and deboarding of new delivery hubs based on region-specific demands by coordinating with Real estate, license, legal and procurement teams.
• 2) Increased the re-inventorization of returned shipments from 92% to 97% by reducing the damages happening in transit by managing ground teams, quality, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• 3) Built a no-code app on Google Appsheets to record the condition of shipments arriving at delivery hubs from distribution centers to sensitize on clean loading and unloading of trucks. The app recorded date, time, picture, and damage conditions, and implemented it across 400+ hubs across India.
• 4) Created a live dashboard from scratch in Google Data Studio to visualize and analyze app data to identify patterns, trends, and hotspot hubs.

• Team vyoma is a multi-disciplinary technical team in RV College of engineering which focuses on building compact and energy efficient RC - aircrafts capable of carrying payloads.
• As design and manufacturing lead of the team :
• 1) Created CAD models of aircrafts according to the aerodynamic design requirements and required component.
• 2) Lead the manufacturing of planes and tested them for endurance, landing, stability and speed by being the pilot for the team
• Activities and competitions participated.
• 1) Competed in the annual RC modelling and flying competition of IIT Kanpur "Techkriti".
• 2) Competed in the prestigious RC aircraft competition "Design, Build, Fly (DBF)" conducted by American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics held virtually in 2020 due to COVID.
