About

I’ve spent more than 20 years helping HR, Payroll, and Finance teams find calm in the chaos of transformation. I care about structure, alignment, and clarity because I’ve seen what happens when they’re missing: great people burn out, projects stall, and progress becomes reactive. Over the years, I’ve led global payroll operations, rebuilt service models, managed multi-country tax and compliance projects, and worked with leadership teams who wanted their functions to run with more confidence and less firefighting. The challenges were rarely about capability, they were about connection, teams, systems, and priorities pulling in different directions. That’s why I started DuraSuite. It’s a practical framework built to help senior leaders bring stability and alignment across HR, Payroll, and Finance so their teams can deliver with confidence and evidence the results the business expects. Being named a finalist for Woman of the Year by Reward Strategy was a proud moment, but more than that, it reminded me why this work matters, because stability isn’t the opposite of progress; it’s what makes progress possible. If your organisation is under pressure to deliver transformation that actually works, I’d love to share what we’re doing at DuraSuite and the impact it’s already having.
