Phil Kuck — Technical Recruiter
One of my favorite memories as a young adult is riding my bike through a typhoon in Taiwan. It was simultaneously exhilarating and terrifying (and yes—incredibly foolish). I still recall the strength of the wind as I vigorously peddled, but only moved backward while the rain stung my skin. The people I help as an immigration attorney are peddling through their very own typhoons day in and day out. The U.S. immigration process can be arduous, expensive, and sometimes even nonsensical. But, to me, there is no greater calling then to be able to help and guide those who are brave enough to ride their own bikes through the proverbial typhoon that is our immigration system. I have developed a passion for helping intending immigrants, permanent residents, U.S. citizens, and businesses—both domestic and international—in finding legal solutions for their immigration needs. I have taken (and won) cases from the immigration bureaus all the way up to the 11th Circuit. I have found ways for my clients to succeed even when the winds of their typhoons are pushing them backward. Together, we can find a way to conquer the storm.
