Hugo Sugden is the Founder of Talent Journey & Co-Founder and Chairman of Wynden Stark Group. At Wynden Stark (dba GQR), Hugo is responsible for delivering corporate development solutions, ensuring best in class delivery of high quality fast growth organsations into GQR’s rapidly growing portoflio of companies. At Talent Journey, Hugo is responsible for overall design of the organisations ecosystem and seemless collaboration between the product creation, advisory and channel partnerships. Hugo studied at the University of West England (UWE), majoring in Geography & International Tourism, following his passion for the travel industry and global economics. While at UWE, Hugo completed several internships within the real estate, marketing and sales industries. Hugo began his career in sales in 2003 at the World Wildlife Foundation in Queensland, Australia where he set a state record by leading a team of six marketing executives to their highest performance in the branchs history. Hugo is fervent about the staffing industry, involved in both an NED and ED capacity across a few organisations across the industry. He also carries a strong passion for non-profit organisations practicing in animal welfare, environmental, wildlife conservation and medical research.
