I’m a Lead Product Designer shaping AI-powered experiences in IT service management and incident response, mobile, and emerging tech experiences across global teams. My recent focus is on AI Ops designing intelligent alerting, root cause analysis, and automation features that reduce noise, build trust, and help teams respond faster during critical moments. My work blends interaction design, systems thinking, and an ever-curious mindset.
