Shalini has 20+ years of experience as a design practitioner at Autodesk, Salesforce and Cisco. She blends People-Centered Research, Design Strategy and Storytelling to nurture creative collaboration and create meaningful business impact. She is the co-founder of 3 Big Things, a behavioural design studio that that helps organisations solve complex business problems focussing on Customer Experience Innovation and Organizational Culture Transformation. Her previous roles were at Cisco, Salesforce and Autodesk, among others. At Cisco, she was part of the global design leadership team for AppDynamics, a Full Stack Observability platform, designing for highly technical users in a complex domain. She evangelised a focus on customer over technology - embedding human experiences into the complex non-linear workflows that developers use and building a better understanding of the niche user base. She has led a human-centered approach to digital transformation journeys of leading multi-national brands at Salesforce, Ignite - a customer facing innovation team. She collaborated with cross-disciplinary teams to address some of the most interesting challenges of Salesforce's largest customers in India. At Autodesk, Shalini was part of the pioneering globally-distributed design team that built digital collaboration experiences for their flagship product design and manufacturing tool, Fusion 360. Shalini was a speaker at Autodesk’s Annual Global Experience Design Summit, at San Francisco. She was awarded a special CEO Award for her contributions. Shalini is passionate about Indic mythology, handicrafts, culture & philosophy. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Indian Aesthetics from Jnanapravaha, Mumbai.
