I have been fortunate to start my career with Aon Hewitt in HR consulting working across clients and geographies in the areas of organisation design, performance scorecards and leadership competencies. I was responsible for business development and new product launch, early in my career. My stint at Unilever, driving the DEI agenda for South Asia with the best of teams helped me constantly reinvent myself.
