About

Over the course of my career that has spanned across various products, roles, and geographies, one of my key values has been curiosity. How can I leave something better than how I found it? I am extremely ambitious, driven by challenging problem statements and known to question the status quo while bringing the teams along my vision. My three superpowers are: 1) Working effortlessly with people and helping them to realize their full potential 2) Getting into the depth of problems while managing a vast breadth of projects 3) Leveraging strategy and data to craft a story and win the audience I work as a Product Manager on YouTube Shorts recommendations to optimize the Shorts feed focusing on enhancing user satisfaction and delivering personalized, engaging, short-form content. Passionate about leveraging data to predict what users love next! A diversified portfolio is my strength and I've made intentional pivots in my career to move from a non-technical strategy to a technical product role. My past experience includes: - Working on Google Search piloting vertical and AI-enabled features to give users new reasons to come back to search - Built a world class Travel product on Google for travelers around the world with specific contributions on implementing vacation rentals and travel on youtube features. - Expertise in online advertising and digital marketing space and being selected as the only representative from Google India to work on an incubation lab in Mountain view for testing new Google Ads products - Led the Global Strategy and Operations for Google's content moderation business in Trust and Safety - Set up the large scale outsourced vendor operations supporting Google's global customers Outside of core work, I champion Google's culture by teaching workshops on self promotion (certified facilitator for #IamRemarkable course), personal branding and innovation principles to corporates and educational institutions like Stanford. I sit on the leadership chapter for Women at Google ERG in San Francisco, mentor startups on their digital marketing strategy and provide career coaching and mentorship to career professionals. I'm recognized as a distinguished scholar for the Stanford LEAD executive education program.
