• At SoCtronics as a Director, I was responsible for corporate strategy, business & finance operations, program & project portfolio management and service delivery for high-tech chip design & embedded software projects. • At AMD as a Director, I was leading software team for graphic products. In this role I was responsible for multiple large teams focusing on driver development and testing. I was the first member to initiate software team for graphics at India and expanded the team up to 120 engineers. I was completely involved in setting up large testing lab for automation & manual tests with more than 2000 systems & other accessory equipment for driver testing.
• Being the first member in the team I was required to develop complete workflows and procedures to work with global teams. Few internal tools were also developed by me and my team to support the automation framework and assist in enhancing the productivity during manual testing.
• As a leader I took the ownership & accountability of quality, delivery and schedule adherence for various engineering teams such as component quality engineering, integration validation, product validation, application development, audio driver development and stream computing.
• I was involved in optimizing the development & testing work without compromising on quality & timelines of deliverables. I have to ensure the growth of local team, budget preparation and controlling, approvals, strategic discussions with leadership teams in India & Abroad.

• I worked with Infosys as senior manager in Independent Validation Solutions (IVS) team to manage one of the critical business units. I was managing global business and delivery operations for outsourcing services of high-tech portfolio unit. • Preceding Infosys I was with Juniper (Netscreen), Mahindra British Telecom (Consultant to Microsoft) & Prabodhan Infosystems. At Netscreen, I was responsible for developing automation strategy, scripts on mercury tools for the Instant Virtual Extranet (IVE) – Security Product.
• At MBT, as local site coordinator at client location, I was responsible for managing the operational & strategic activities at Microsoft office. I had to coordinate with all resources form MBT working at Microsoft site and report progress to Mumbai office. I was also required to interact with respective managers & directors at Microsoft to explore new business & receive feedback on engagement.
• At Prabodhan, I was responsible for exploring new business opportunities and expanding business growth. As part of execution, I was involved in various testing activities such as - designing test strategy for integrated sales tool, managing compatibility testing of finger print based web application, test automation for a genetics research system using winrunner, testing of e-Business system operation through cellular phone and functional, compatibility & load testing of employee stock option-web based application.

• Prior to IT, I worked with engineering companies viz. Praj Industries and Sulzer Pumps as an Executive.
• At Sulzer, I was responsible for design and development of mechanical drawings for multistage standard and customized pumps. I was also participated in BAAN implementation includes engineering team to define the requirements & implementation of ERP application for engineering workflow. In addition, I have developed software program to create general assembly (GA) drawing for pumps, developed application to design orifice & produce drawing and developed an application for documents management.
• At Praj Industries, I was heading the mechanical engineering team and was responsible for design & development of mechanical equipment first time for diversified areas such distillation, brewery, food processing, dairy and bio-technology process plants. I was responsible for inspection of vendor equipment such as machinery, pumps, boilers, pipes, fittings & raw material etc. I was also responsible for inspection of in-house equipment manufacturing, vendor fabricated equipment and onsite equipment manufacturing & erection. I was responsible for managing the construction site with various vendors to fabricate & commission of process plants. In addition, I have developed various application software to assist in mechanical design such as – agitator shaft design, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors and storage vessels as per industry standards.
