About

The best mobile apps are built by developers who learn from each other. As the Head of Developer Community at next.app devCon, my daily mission is to bring the global mobile engineering community together under one roof. Alongside a brilliant core team, I drive developer engagement and speaker relations across our entire ecosystem: droidCon, flutterCon, reactCon, swiftCon, xr&gamesCon, and ai devCon. My journey started in code. I spent my early career as a mobile software engineer building production-grade apps. Driven by the principle of “share and gain,” I started Smartherd, a YouTube channel that has since empowered over 130,000 subscribers with tutorials on Android, Flutter, Java, and Kotlin. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching millions of developers through premium courses on Pluralsight, Udemy, Kodeco, Internshala, and PacktPub. Beyond the screen, I’ve always been drawn to live communities. From my days as a co-organizer at GDG Bhubaneswar, where I spearheaded DevFests and hosted tech workshops, I’ve seen firsthand how live events accelerate careers. Today at next.app, I spend my time geeking out over mobile tech stacks, grooming conference tracks, hosting community podcasts, forging community group partnerships, organizing global events, and searching for the next great conference speaker. 🤝 Why I’m connecting: I am always looking for passionate mobile developers, architects, and open-source contributors to take our global stages. Whether you are an experienced speaker or a first-timer with a great engineering story to tell, I’d love to connect. Let’s talk about mobile dev, your next potential talk, or how we can collaborate!
