• At droidcon Academy, I worked at the intersection of mobile developer education, platform operations, and instructor enablement, helping scale a global learning platform built by and for the mobile developer community.
• What I did:
• Led the end-to-end lifecycle of codelabs and eBooks, from instructor onboarding and ideation to structured learning outcomes, outlines, reviews, and final publication

• Acted as the primary operator of the learning platform: handling configuration, troubleshooting, user impersonation for support, access issues, and course delivery flows
• Reviewed and improved UX, navigation, and learner journeys, including testing flows, content organization, and platform usability
• Built internal documentation and SOPs to make instructor and content operations scalable and repeatable
• Collaborated with editorial, community, and conference teams to align Academy content with droidCon’s broader developer ecosystem
• Balanced startup execution with quality control: shipping fast while maintaining high technical and editorial standards

At the end of the training, learners will develop a full-fledged cricket game application using C and C++ programming language.

The training program walks a trainee though all the core java concepts and help implement those concepts by creating a Java game ( cross platform desktop application ) from scratch using JavaFX platform. Thus covering not only core java but also GUI based JavaFX platform for creating games.
