  • Defined interview processes for, and interviewed, managers and directors for Platform and company at large.
  • Shipped company-wide RFC / design-doc process, as a key driver of the Technical Architecture Group.
  • Defined Platform-wide processes for OKRs, recruiting, and performance management.
  • Close working relationship with Security to support our compliance and ability to transact.
  • Worked with leadership to define organizational structure over time.
  • Afterpay was acquired in 2021 by Jack Dorsey’s Block for $30 billion - the largest transaction in internet history at the time, (deal size exceeding WhatsApp, Slack, Instagram, etc etc). It was an honor to be a small part in that story.
