With over 20 years of international HR leadership experience across high-growth technology companies, including Google, Groupon and Snap Inc., I specialize in aligning people strategy with business objectives. My focus is on increasing talent density, developing strong leaders, and building cultures that enable organizations to scale successfully. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with founders and executive teams during periods of rapid growth and transformation—helping organizations evolve leadership capability, performance management, and talent strategies to drive long-term success. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Law and a Master’s in Human Resources, and I am C.I.P.D. certified
