With over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I’ve had the privilege of contributing across clinical research, formulation development, finance, and operations. For the past 16+ years, my journey at Novartis Hyderabad has been both inspiring and deeply fulfilling – helping scale our finance footprint, leading high-impact initiatives like the Genome Valley Lab and NKC office, driving Novartis’ COVID-19 response in India, and taking on multiple global leadership roles. I’ve also had the opportunity to champion diversity & inclusion, strengthen community engagement, shape early talent programs, and support the expansion of our teams and capabilities. As Site Head for Novartis Hyderabad, I bring a passion for purposeful leadership, collaboration, and innovation. Outside of work, I find immense joy in farming – having transformed my family land into a lush mango orchard with over 3,500 trees.
