• qode.world is a Singaporean HR tech company that uses AI-powered recruitment solutions to speed up hiring and reduce bias, creating a better experience for both employers and candidates. My responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Managed the complete 360-degree recruitment cycle, including client management, candidate management, contract negotiation, and offer negotiation, covering roles from mid-level to senior and managerial positions across diverse sectors including Tech and Non-tech (Banking, Forwarding, FMCG, E-commerce,...).
• Served as Account Manager for key clients, including a global mobile app company and a B2B food supplier (FMCG), overseeing full-lifecycle recruitment from contract negotiation to successful placements.
• Expanded market reach across the APAC region, building and maintaining long-term partnerships with diverse domestic and global companies for recruitment services.
• Exceeded sales quotas by driving direct B2B sales, prospecting new leads, onboarding clients, and cultivating strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Spearheaded social media growth on various channels, contributing to a 40,000-follower increase through compelling content strategy and execution across multiple platforms.
• Achieved early promotion to a full-time role as the top-performing intern in my cohort.
