I am an IT Infrastructure professional with over 11+ years of enterprise experience, grounded in VMware virtualization, Windows and Linux system administration, storage operations, and enterprise backup platforms such as Rubrik, Dell EMC NetWorker, and Commvault. My career has been shaped in environments where availability, recoverability, governance, and audit readiness are critical business expectations. I began my journey in large-scale data center operations, working across server lifecycle management, P2V and V2V migrations, Storage vMotion, capacity planning, vCenter administration, cluster design, and infrastructure optimization. This foundation instilled a strong engineering mindset focused on system reliability, performance efficiency, and risk-aware decision-making. As my career progressed, I moved into Storage and Backup SME roles, contributing to backup architecture design, retention strategy, restore validation, performance tuning, error remediation, and compliance alignment. These responsibilities reinforced a core belief: true infrastructure maturity is proven during recovery and crisis scenarios. This phase sharpened my focus on protection readiness, operational discipline, and recovery accuracy. Currently, I support a financial services organization under the CTO function, specializing in Unauthorized Change Monitoring. My work involves validating infrastructure changes, analyzing deviations, performing root-cause analysis, coordinating with engineering teams, maintaining audit evidence, and improving reporting transparency. This role deepened my exposure to regulated IT environments, governance frameworks, and security controls. Alongside my infrastructure career, I am actively transitioning into Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in AI & ML and make a conscious effort to learn and upskill every day across cloud platforms, automation, observability, data analytics, GenAI, and AI-driven operations. I bring an infrastructure-first perspective to AI—emphasizing scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, governance, and real-world applicability.
