I’m a co-founder at Intoglo, a cross-border logistics company focused on India-to-USA trade. Over the years, I’ve seen how complicated and opaque international shipping can be — especially for Indian exporters who are great at manufacturing but stuck dealing with fragmented logistics, unclear costs, and zero visibility. At Intoglo, we’re trying to change that. We work closely with Indian exporters and US importers to simplify ocean freight, customs, warehousing, and last-mile delivery in the US — without overpromising or cutting corners. What I enjoy most is working with founders and business owners who want to scale exports sustainably, not just ship a few containers and disappear.   • Apart from the Strategic projects that I was working on, I started heading the Supply Chain Function at Clove Dental. This included functions of Procurement, Warehousing and Distribution.
  • Although at surface, it seemed very different than earlier roles I had done, realized very soon that most management roles are just about focusing hard on people and processes.
  • The highlight of this role ( SCM head) was very clear target setting for everyone and very strong focus on proactive communication. These 2 things in itself led to tremendous improvement in all aspects of performance.
  • Some of the other key initiatives were open tendering and Imports in Procurement , building strategic relationships with key suppliers leading to utilizing their expertise in other areas to create win win situations, building efficiency through accurate order analysis and distribution.

  • Clove Dental is the largest dental chain in Asia with over 350+ clinics and 900+ dentists across 12 states and 26 cities in India.
  • Worked with CEO to drive strategic projects for the company.
  • Post Cardekho, moved to this very interesting role in a very different Industry. This was so far, perhaps, one of the best roles which built a very different perspective towards a lot of things.
  • Completely set in offline space in healthcare sector, this was different from online and more informal Cardekho world. Having said that, it was very similar in terms of being high-growth with fast changing plans making it challenging and a lot of fun.
  • Worked with CEO directly on fund raising, M&A opportunities, board presentations etc., leading to steep learning curve. Also, during these 18 months, worked with almost every team in strategic and cross functional projects, giving exposure which probably no other role could.
  • One of the major highlights was building and launching India's first one of its kind dental membership, which includes not only services but also products which get delivered to your doorsteps every quarter. Awesome experience and got great results .
