I’m building OH, a potato! because food waste had become too easy. Buy, toss, repeat - we’re so disconnected from the food system that we don’t even notice it anymore. But food waste is now a major societal and climate issue. And no two households are the same, everyone has different tastes, routines, and habits. Most tools ignore that. I saw a chance to use AI not just to automate, but to learn from people’s lives and help them waste less, without the guilt. As a leader, I care about building with others, not just for them. I mentor product managers and first-time founders, especially women making the jump into entrepreneurship.
