• Citibank was the market leader in the business which includes Citi Branded Cards, leading co-brand credit cards , Industry's leading revolving credit product - Ready Credit and Personal Loans
• Managing the payments space in a fast changing digital payments space was a key responsibility . Led digital partnerships including with key e-commerce companies and wallets. The role included the management of a large number of staff across the country including in the areas of Product Management , Portfolio , Digital , Partnerships and Branch (35 branches across the country) / Tele sales and universal bankers . In 2018 - Led a project to acquire / migrate the Cards & Personal Lending business of TISCO / Standard Chartered. Several new partnerships were launched including partnerships with Grab, Lazada (e-commerce) and Mercedes
• I led projects on digital banking, API integration, open banking and social media banking and built them to scale.
• This was a key P&L role and involved overall management of the business.
• I was also a Director on the board of Citi's key legal entities in the Country and gained board level governance experience over 10 years.

• Served as the Country Risk Officer (CRO) / Risk Management Country Officer for Citigroup Thailand as well as the Head of Consumer Risk. As the RMCO, Chaired the Country Risk Committee and was the lead risk manager for Citi in Thailand across all parts of the bank (corporate , consumer , markets and operational risk) . Apart from all businesses in Thailand, I also had risk oversight over Citi's activities in Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos.

• Also served as a member of Citibank's Thailand Management team responsible for overall performance and governance of Citigroup in Thailand.
• I also participated and led independent reviews in over 10 countries including Australia, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Philippines , Poland etc on various issues including capital assessment, fundamental credit risk, score effectiveness, sales deep dive etc.
• I was appointed a senior Credit Officer for Citigroup's Global Consumer Group in mid 2009
