About

There is more intelligence in your organisation than you can currently see. It lives in the decisions made under pressure. Among the people who stayed. In the relationships that held. In the patterns that repeat across generations before anyone names them. I have spent two decades learning to read that intelligence, and two years writing the book that maps it. Leadership Legacy (Wiley, 2026) is the result of that work. It is a manifesto for leaders who understand that the future is not optimised, it is inherited. I work with a small number of organisations and individuals at any time: as a keynote speaker, strategic advisor, and through Threshold Coaching™. The work always begins from the same place, a willingness to look clearly at what is actually here, rather than what we wish were here or fear might be. I chair Mental Health First Aid England, where, during my tenure, we have trained 1 million people in mental health awareness across the UK. I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an Honorary Fellow of Arts University Plymouth. Forbes Brazil has named me one of the world's most important futurists. My advisory and speaking work is grounded in an active artistic practice spanning over two decades, is immersive and multi-sensory, and addresses the same questions from a different angle. The question I return to, in boardrooms, in keynotes, in one-to-one work, is always the same: What type of ancestor does this decision make us? adahparris.com

  • My work brings fifteen years of practice at the intersection of systems thinking, ancestral pattern recognition, and AI ethics to questions that most current frameworks are not yet built to hold: whose knowledge is centred, how consent operates at scale, and what it means to make decisions we can be accountable to across generations.
