Hormonal Health, Metabolic Fat Loss & Lifestyle Medicine(GLP-1) Coach for Women 30+

Aug 2021Present · 4 yrs 9 mos · India · Remote

  • I work with women 30+ who feel their body has stopped responding—despite discipline, consistency, and years of “doing everything right.”
  • Most of my clients are high-functioning professionals and mothers. They’ve tried calorie deficits, workouts, clean eating, fasting, supplements, and willpower-based plans. Some lose weight briefly and regain it. Others see no change at all. They’re often told it’s age, motivation, or lack of discipline.
  • My work focuses on hormonal health, metabolic repair, inflammation reduction, and sustainable fat loss. I don’t coach women to push harder. I coach them to understand what their body is signalling—and respond intelligently.
  • After my second pregnancy, while managing a demanding career, I gained significant weight and experienced hormonal disruption. I didn’t lack discipline—I lacked a system that respected female physiology under chronic stress. I lost over 20 kg, but more importantly, I learned why weight gain and regain happen so easily for women in midlife.
  • That insight shapes everything I do.
  • I specialise in fat loss for women dealing with perimenopause, insulin resistance, prediabetes, fatty liver, hypothyroidism, gut dysfunction, and chronic inflammation. Many clients have “normal” reports but feel exhausted, bloated, anxious around food, and stuck.
  • The body isn’t broken—it’s protecting itself.
  • My role is to remove the reasons it needs to.
  • My approach prioritises:
  • Blood sugar and insulin regulation
  • Strength training as a metabolic and hormonal tool
  • Gut health and inflammation reduction
  • Stress, sleep, and recovery support
  • Sustainable nutrition for real life
  • I also support women using or considering GLP-1 medications, with a strong focus on muscle preservation, nutrient sufficiency, mindset, and long-term independence. GLP-1 isn’t the solution—but it can be a tool when used responsibly.
  • Clients often lose 7–9 kg in 90 days, but the real win is long-term stability—energy, confidence, and trust in their body.
