• During my time at Acko, one moment that stayed with me was a call with a customer, Mr. Deepak. He reached out with confusion and fear about choosing the right health insurance. Instead of rushing to sell, I chose to listen.
• Through our conversation, I understood his concerns, his family situation, and the pressure he felt in making the right choice. I explained his options simply and clearly—what he needed, what he didn’t, and what could wait.
• He didn’t buy immediately, and that was completely okay. What mattered was that he felt heard and informed. The next day, he reached out again to purchase—not because of a sales push, but because he trusted the clarity I provided.
• This experience reaffirmed my approach at Acko: guiding people with empathy, simplifying complex decisions, and helping customers feel confident in the choices they make.And this reminded me why I love what I do at Acko:
