If there’s one pattern that’s followed me through life, it’s my inability to sit inside a single box. I’ve always enjoyed exploring different worlds — whether that was competing in state-level badminton, painting as a recognised artist, earning a kickboxing brown belt, or graduating as a gold-medalist engineer. That curiosity and hunger to learn has shaped the way I lead. At Mahindra, I’ve grown through some wildly different roles — from tech and software, to the ED & CEO office, to heading Product, and now Business Operations & Strategy for our electric SUVs. Each transition has taught me something new, and more importantly, kept me comfortably uncomfortable. My core strength lies in building things that don’t exist yet. I’ve led the software-defined vehicle vision for our upcoming EVs, helped unlock new revenue pathways, and been part of the leadership team that secured nearly a $10B valuation before a single EV hit the road. It’s been equal parts thrilling and humbling. But the work I’m proudest of is what we’ve built together. Launching an all-new Born Electric portfolio — five EVs, new teams, new processes, new everything — has been like assembling a ship mid-ocean, while also steering it. As the EV product owner, I’ve had the privilege of shaping the blueprint, building teams ground-up, defining the products, making engineering and financial calls, launching them, and now driving the sales. None of it is a one-person show. It’s been a collective victory, every single day. In short: I’m someone who loves building the future — especially when it comes with great teams, good energy, and a little fun along the way.
