While it’s been nearly 20 years since I first joined Microsoft, I still wake up every day excited by our mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. I’m fortunate to have the opportunity to lead our AI at Work efforts, helping every organization leverage AI to solve their unique business problems, reduce costs, and drive net-new value creation. My team conducts research to help predict and shape what the future of work and business will look like across industries, while also delivering new products and features within Copilot, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. The ways we work, communicate and collaborate are changing faster than ever. To be successful in this new world of work, organizations will need to embrace flexibility and rewire nearly every aspect of their operating model. While there’s no crystal ball, at Microsoft we believe in being students of the time, taking a learn-it-all approach that relies on data, rather than dogma, to guide decisions. My team is committed to providing compelling data, insights and technologies that help our customers, partners and communities navigate this shift. Outside of Microsoft, I do my most important work as a husband, father and church leader. My family and my community inspire me to do better and be better – providing a foundation for everything else in my life.
